Bill Eisinger’s appointment to the Board of Directors.
Bill Eisinger has 27 years of experience
in the Electric Utility industry. Currently, Eisinger is Vice
President of the Transmission and Distribution Division of Power
Engineers, a leading worldwide provider of engineering services
to utilities. His role at Power includes marketing, business development,
project management and project control. Prior to joining Power,
Eisinger worked for Idaho Power and Pacific Gas and Electric where
he was involved in the management and design of a variety of utility
transmission line and substation projects.

our organization grows. His knowledge of both the technical and
marketing needs of utilities will help us make critical decisions

Eisinger is a licensed Professional Engineer,
registered in Idaho, California, Kansas, Washington, Hawaii, Michigan
and Alberta, Canada. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical
Engineering from Santa Clara University, a Master’s Degree
in Business Administration from Boise State University and a Bachelor’s
Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Idaho.
